Crown traded in the $6.00 range under Packer in those troubled days but what was the eventual result for Crown Shareholders playing the long game - $14 .50 approx for SH
Crown's location in Sydney is the old site of Union Bulkships ( Darling Harbour Wharfs) and it's not what I call the CBD of Sydney and no main gaming floor.I think this is a major issue for Crown Sydney .

a lot has changed since crown sold. Real estate values have come down yes but increased regulation is the big one.

if sold today, Crown would not sell anywhere near what it did when Blackstone bought it.

Trying to value SGR based on what CWN sold for, is a very bad comparison right now.
