Aware of the risks and assess the expected upside from current SP compensates for the risk.
Ask yourself, what should the market cap be for a firm of this size, with these assets, and this revenue, if the known risks were resolved? Then divide that market cap by the number of shares to get a share price estimate. My estimate is signficantly higher than current SP, so i buy more today.
When will the share price move closer to the fundamental value? Maybe following the anticipation of significant events and resolution of the remaining risks.
