Star's 50% share of QWB is worth atleast $3B in 'business+property' valuation. With Sydney license not cancelled, Sydney b+p valuation should be atleast $1.5B. Lets say GC is $1B. Thats $5.5B right there. Throw in additional for Treasury sale and carpark sale and goodwill.
