Mathison has ceased to be a Endeavour Director as of the 30/6/24.There is speculation on the Endeavour thread - " Is Mathieson leaving a sinking ship" as Bruce has $1.35 Billion approx invested (15.08%) in EDV.
With the previous article on Mathieson Jnr moving on to the Star Board ,two points come to mind
1 At 20% will the Mathieson camp be eligible for a second seat on the Star Board .
2 Will Mathieson Jnr take a 10% position ( on top of Bruce's 20% holding ) as Gina Rinehart does with her daughter .
3 I believe Bruce - with Australian partners - Rob Miliner from Soul Patterson etc is mounting a TO - or Mathieson goes it alone?
4 And the fireworks will start when American Private equity shows it hand IMHO
The ducks are starting to line up.
