What incentive is there for substantial holders to sell in a takeover situation unless offer is near or above their buy in price.
Assuming major holders avoided dilution by accumulating more shares at each cap raise, and assume average positioning around Aud$2.00, then assume a takover offer needs to be attractive enough to get acceptance.
We shall see.
