Yeah whatever gets agreed by the majority holders. Not sure if people like us would even have a say in it.
All insiders and BM will still be under water at $3, not sure what their REAL DCA is.
It would have to be a bloody good offer for a full takeover. More likely it will be a takeover with multiple parties such as BM, involved, who can then have plans to recoup their investment by improving the actual business in the long term.
