Wouldn't be wise to assume favourable outcomes for the Austrac matter, and presumption of the full reinstatement of the Casino license (NB SGR's social license is no longer, long since repudiated and diminished by successive Boards). From recent media reports, SGR's probation is just to end sometime in 2024, and the Regulator was warning as the full remediation and compliance were needed. Not just these two matters for SGR, firestorms on several fronts eg QW Project in Brisbane, actual property valuations, not necessarily book valuations.
