I thought the provision was $150M, this is not a small amount of cash. AUSTRAC have taken so long already, that shareholders have already suffered due to the length of time they take to complete their review processes. The breaches were at the lower end when compared to the Crown. So the fine should be much lower I believe, around $50M, as they have already done enough damage to the shareholders, workers, Board, management etc.. most shareholders have already lost the majority of their investment as a result of AUSTRAC hanging over the Star. They have made their point and punished everyone already.
