If you are seeing a consultant in the morning, obviously that is not the time that the homeless are out there begging off the gamblers who have some winnings outside the casino. You need to go when gamblers are gambling and walking out of the casino with few taxis/ Ubers around. if they are on Harris St, they are walking back to the city I presume.
the Gamblers can take cash out at the Sydney Casino and that is an accepted form of payment of winnings/ cashing out. The homeless beggars do not appear to be too stupid by the sounds of it.
If The $100 million target is not met, that would mean year on year, they are stumbling. I am unsure of why you give management so many outs, the homeless, not their fault, the money laundering, not their fault, the lack of staff not their fault, what is their fault?
Or do the Board and execs get money for nothing and should we support the Rem Report, simply because they are there as opposed to doing anything to get the $100-$200 million expected profit?
