19 April 2024 - As required under Listing Rule 3.19, the Company gives notice that it has become aware that on 16 April 2024, the interests held Bruce Lawrance Mathieson and Investment Holdings Pty Ltd ACN 006 336 303 ATF BMG Discretionary Trust (Investment Holdings) increased from 235,401,629 to 275,000,000 ordinary shares, representing 9.59% of the voting power in the Company.
