I have no idea as to how credible these actions are, and about their likely chance of success. I think everything else is manageable, already pretty well known about, and we will get through those. But the class actions seem more opaque. We don’t seem to talk about them much here. I wonder if anyone has a good feeling for how credible and threatening they might actually prove to be?
