the Gamblers can take cash out at the Sydney Casino and that is an accepted form of payment of winnings/ cashing out. The homeless beggars do not appear to be too stupid by the sounds of it.

If The $100 million target is not met, that would mean year on year, they are stumbling. I am unsure of why you give management so many outs, the homeless, not their fault, the money laundering, not their fault, the lack of staff not their fault, what is their fault?

Or do the Board and execs get money for nothing and should we support the Rem Report, simply because they are there as opposed to doing anything to get the $100-$200 million expected profit?
