If that was the response to regulation, then everything in Australia would be regulated into insolvency.

The Star needs to employ far more staff and should have done so to deal with its regulatory problems. if it cannot make money because it has not done so, that there is the Board and the executive’s fault, not that of the regulation or the regulators.

I do not understand why you do not understand profit estimation, trend analysis and what should be a corporate’s considered approach when dealing with regulation.

Star Board and executives should be forced to resign if these estimates are not met. You do not have to disclose any proximity to one of them, do you?
