Net profit is after interest costs, depreciation, taxes and amortization are subtracted.

Who would want to discuss Net Profit after tax unless they were doing some accounting trickery with respect to the result or know some tax position of the company?

I have a feeling that the discussion about the Board of Directors Remuneration Report is going to be a beauty this year.

Board of Directors and the executives have been absolutely putrid, completely scandalous and that is why the SP is low.

No one has confidence in any of them.

They do not hire enough staff and when they do, they hire complete muppets being paid peanuts. And then they wonder why they have such a hard time figuring out regulation.

They should not get paid and there is always the ability to report to ASIC or ASX depending on whether they are failing directors duties or disclosure legislation down in Australia.
