The ability of David Foster to staff anything properly, not chronically understaff companies and have a cavalier kamikaze attitude to governance, risk and compliance down in Australia has never been in question.
David Foster ran Suncorp Bank, now sold for peanuts into ANZ, into the ground and has now succeeded in running Star Entertainment Group into the ground.
Chronically understaffed, Star operated off the smell of an oily rag and treated regulators and shareholders appallingly, paying peanuts to whatever monkeys they ever did hire.
David Foster got the maligned Robbie Cooke, Christina Katsibouba, Scott Saunders, Betty Ivanoff and Paula Hammond because they were cheap, cheerful and could not hire anyone that could save Star from the regulators.
Now ook at the calamity kingdom that David Foster has created.
David fostered chronically comedy capers understaffed and underfunded.
