Agree, it's often a time to buy when brokers are predicting doom and gloom but sometimes they are right, it's too hard to tell for me. I personally don't have the guts for contrarian investing but if you can pull it off like you did with MTS then you have my respect
In terms of REIT, I agree they make a shitty investment at the moment but I'm more interested in agri REIT with access to water rights and productive land. I think that will always be valuable.
