chadza, you're wrong, it's a companies responsibility, or should be, to word any report so shareholders can understand. if that means explaining some complex details then so be it.
If companies were forced to explain better and simpler their dealings from the start then we wouldn't have had the stock market bubble in the 1920s that led to the crash of '29 that led to the great depression that led to WWII where over 60 million people were killed!
