TH stops day traders pushing price down in anticipation of the discount to VWAP.
Need your broker to agree the discount and the issue price first.
Can't do that when price is volatile and active.
So the TH is done to freeze the pricing parameters.
Standard practice, especially in volatile juniors being actively traded.
RNI needs $1mill by Thursday. cash at end june was $414k (QR said $650k but that included $246k from rts issue now being returned).
Need something like $5 mill to clear all T fees and still have some dough for exploration (depends on proceeds from sale of MLX shares which hasn't been finalised yet).
A 1 for 2 rights issue at 2 cents would raise about 5 mill.
Plus oppie sweetener?
