With regards to "potential"... why would tracks sign up exclusivley and for so long (I wouldn't sign a 5 year deal on my wifi plan), surely anyone that pays a product fee would be able to get the product. Even in Australia there has been a break away from SKY for distribution.

Seems like a lot of resistence at 44c but if there is no announcement by Monday - sub 40c is on the boards.
