Well CaramelloKoala - while I have not considered it as a likely scenario the issue that I have been looking at with the Luzon situation about would amount to the aquisition of Luzon by RAU.

I did not contemplate that it was just a capitulation by Luzon. It would be thre flow on effect of that capitulation and the shareholding arrangement that would be arrived at to accommodate RAU's debt and any other deal that RAU might insist on. Hence essentially an acquisition of Luzon.

That I consider to be the end game of the litigation. But I don't think that we have got there yet. So I'm not picking the Luzon deal as the reason for ythe trading halt.
