Bolivia and the purchase of Lipichi after Luzon put up the white flag and do a deal. Whether that means taking over Luzon, or just buying the asset, no idea. Re China and Burraga, I think a little premature.

My second guess/bet is the mystery project referred to earlier in the year - somewhere local, say NSW.

What ever the decision, looking forward to a fun day as we disect the crap out of the announcement and see the share price improve a tad.
