kelpie - I would like it to be a capitulation by Luzon. Looking at their situation they damn well ought to. It all depends on whether the Luzon law firm decide to seek payment up front for carrying on further with the case.

If the law firm folds its cards then game over for Luzon IMHO.

That is certainly a possibility though I suspect that Luzon will attempt to fight on if it can. From our perspective they are dog tucker .... but stranger things have happened and I am not totally aware of the finer points of Canadian law (or even the broader points - to be honest)

So - yes it will be an interesting revelation - whatever it is.
Yes I've got a feeling about something in NSW as well. Just from the point of view that there have been things on the books but very little said about things there.
