Hi LouL I think that if it was a capitulation by Luzon then that would immediately lead to certain "arrangements" that would have to be made to meet the debt to RAU.
That would, in my view , mean a capital injection by RAU into Luzon to keep it solvent and therefore Luzon shares issued to RAU to cover the debt owed to RAU ($2.2 m and rising) and shares in return for the capital injection - maybe some RAU shares involved somehow.
It could mean that Amayapampa was backed into Luzon and the Canadian financial firm putting up investment money in return for a shareholding in Luzon. All sorts of consequences from a Luzon capitulation IMHO
So it would require something more than a mere announcement.
I still think it is a little early for Luzon to give up - unless their legal firm has pulled the plug.
