In a little more than 5 minutes time the rate cut will eventually translate to real bottom line savings for Centro; which could be the equivalent of selling multiple shopping centres.

Possible Rate Cut Outcomes

25bps rate cut = $32.5m saving to Centro
50bps rate cut = $65m saving to Centro
75bps rate cut = $97.5m saving to Centro
100bps rate cut = $130m saving to Centro
125bps rate cut = $162.5m saving to Centro
150bps rate cut = $195m saving to Centro
175bps rate cut = $227.5m saving to Centro

and ... drum rolllllllllllllll ...

a 200bps rate cut = a WHOPPING $260m saving to Centro!!!

Now that's GOTTA be worth more than 6.9 cents per share atm, wouldn't you agree??? LOL.
