For mind they are as per resolution #1 of EGM.
"Resolution 1 – Ratification of Previous Issue of Shares and Optionsratify"
"Previous" being the operative word. Resolution 1 is just a formality, they are not seeking approval at the EGM to proceed, just a vote of confidence.
