    re: placement 26cents..paranoia Yeah, I agree some quantifying would be nice. But, if you look at the past announcements, they've all been done the same way.

    OPL leave much to be desired with their annoucements and communication to shareholders I feel. I a few hours doing research last night and it was like a damn treasure hunt!
