re: placement 26cents..paranoia I have my cheque ready to post (o-nite mail) - I have been a bit nervous about sending it, even though everything seems hunky dorey.

OK, try not to laugh as I share my paranoia with you:

The announcements have not included any actual raw figures yet, they only quote "good oil and gas shows" in their announcements.
It would not be in the company's best interests to try to quantify the results fully and make an announcement if they are secretly a bit disappointed until after 5.00pm monday when the offer closes, so as to maximize subscribers.

According to my conspiracy theory, OPL announce worse than expected results tues/wed next week. The SP falls down to around .25/.26, making the placement marginal and a flurry of additional sellers gather on the friday when the new shares become tradable.

OK, someone please put my mind at rest so I can visit the post box...
