    In the long run he may 'do a good job' but in the short term he has burned a lot of retailers cash...

    Looks like not many will be able to afford to still be around when and if the pay day comes.

    Nice to be used as fund raisers though. Would have been more painless to go rattling CVI tins in the middle of busy intersections.
