SHARE PLACEMENT
Tantalum Australia NL (TAA) is pleased to announce that a leading Australian broking house has reached an in principal agreement to place 30 million shares at 5 cents. The $1.5 Million of funds from this placement will be available to TAA within the next 10 working days.
The funds are to be used to:
�� Accelerate the exploration program at our indicated VMS base metals prospect at Erayinia in Western Australia.
�� Accelerate the exploration program at our uranium prospect in the Gascoyne
�� Advance the acquisition of other base metal and uranium opportunities
�� Working capital
