BGF clients will enjoy their free carry all the way to option expiry and would be insane to convert until then. And there will be a capital raising before these options are excerised.
There is nothing AQC can do to force their conversion other than giving them a better deal- and that will annoy this shareholder.
Any incoming investor will be able to see the pro-forma capital structure of deep-in-the-money options and look through the potential for conversion to see the real position.
