It's never good when they have to raise capital with the SP at such lows. Significant dilution for existing holders.
Also kind of worrying that they even NEED a CR when they are supposed to be at, or nearly at, full production at KM.
Like gself said... hopefully it's for an acquisition or something and not because KM isn't turning a profit.
