What I am confused about is that they want to raise $60Mil of which $25mil is for development and $17mil to pay Rio Tinto
So 25 plus 17 equals 42 WHERE does the remaining $18mil go
and to think I had a buy in today at 59c to add another 20000 to the heap
How thick can I get
