At the AGM Resolution 4 delt with previous issued shares and the right to issue a further 15% at any time in the next 12 months
Resolution 5 delt with the issue of 100,000,000
new shares to be issued no later than 3 months from the date of the AGM.
So I suppose they where alloted out of resolution 5 as they have a shorter useby date.
So I think once the 100,000,000 are issued that gives them the right to issue another 36,000,000 (15% of 240,000,000 ) within the next 12 months.
I have emailed Jack the web address, perhaps he would like to comment and clear up any mistakes or errous.
His contributions would be welcome.
