placement approved, page-2

We've been over this 3 times now. Placement will not be at 8c, it will be at around 20c roughly calculated as per the anouncement on the 26th June that states the following:

'The KSX Shares the subject to Resolution 1 will have an issue price equivalent to a 20% discount to the average market price of the KSX Shares over the last 5 days on which sales were recorded before the day of issue of the KSX Shares under the Placement'

All in all a great placement price considering what the price was only a couple of weeks ago.
