I don't think this is a raw deal at all! I am more than happy for the Company to raise some capital and good luck to the sophisticated investors (I would like to be one at that level)! Keep in mind that this was all probably in play early last week.
You may want to re-check the "amended" announcement last Friday where they left some pictures & info out, it makes for even more compelling reading.
