The match price is what is important, Hardcash - not the pre-open bid and offers.
I wouldnt even bother looking at the depth until after the announcement comes up. Even seconds up until it recommences trading it can change dramatically.
Expect short term weakness with an $0.18 placement. Nice little discount to the average price leading up to the halt - god I hate "sophisticated investors"....
