i still can't help but be sceptical about them getting access to BHP rail lines. It would just be too massive an implication for BHP regarding everyother IO juniour. The only way i see it happenning is if the courts force BHP to allow access. To me still most likely is the spur to FMG rail in the meantime,
which then causes the problem as to whether UMC and BRM etc build these spurs to the FMG line and then next thing the courts do force access on BHP and RIO.
I like the idea that the northern alliance (whatever its could) building their own rail although that seems unlikely to. Maybe they could contribute to the FMG rail upgrade that'll be required in a couple of years etc.
interesting times ahead.
