placement at 2,7c?

That came as a surprise, did it not?
Friday's announcement of a placement at 2,7 (almost 2,7) cents, came as a surprise rather, when the shares have traded, just before the said Placement as low as 2,5 cents...
It becomes even more intriguing, when one takes into account that those who took the shares are of the... "Sophisticated Investors" variety, who usually (if not ALWAYS) demand -and get- a discount to the existing Share Price....

Hm?
Would that "minor" detail indicate that the SIs know Something? In other words, why would one buy a relatively (for this Company at least) large parcel of Shares at a higher SP to the current SP, taking into account the rather (for the time being at least) Illiquid nature of AGX Shares?

Are we close (speaking on behalf of my friend/relative) to possible very positive Developments that had some favourable effect on the Decision of the SIs to Pay higher Price for the AGX Shares, they acquired via the Placement?

One would certainly hope so, especially for the sake of the long suffering shareholders....
