Yep MC.... you have been saying this for a few months now.

However, I think this placement is a little different this time, in that the placementees will receive a free attaching option for every share subscribed.

That means at current market prices, these placementees are almost in the money as follows:

FPO's trading at 0.18c
GAUOA 20c Options trading at 0.065

Total: 0.245c

So, in effect, the premium is not there as it was with the previous FPO only placement at 0.15c. However, a good sign that this insto has taken on an another placement.
