Crazy hey, why wouldn't you make the free options exercisable at 5c or something more indicative of the short term future price.
As it is, they can quick sell the fully paids and then convert the options for another quick profit. If these shares hit the market soon we'll have bucklies chance of seeing the share price rise. We just have to hope that the shares don't hit the market.
At the very least TSV should have ensured they were been held in escrow for a period of 3 to 6mths to allow the results of the drill to filter into the market.
Yes TSV now have some cash but at what cost to the existing holders and for what short term purpose?
