placement at .31 ... ok, no worries there - although .33 would have still been a nice discount for the 'mates', but the fact that they are giving one for four free option and that its all going to frosty's mob again just gives the pbi knockers more ammo. the dilution isn't huge, but stil it sticks in the craw for long term holders. They had plenty of time to get a spp together if they were looking after the shareholders.

anyway, last time this happened with a peregrine placement slt jumped from .25 to .60 ..... so we all know that commercilaisation of pbi's products is near.
