Even if they did offer some shares to the little guys and gals (me and many of you)....there would be a clause that you have to have been a holder before a certain date...and that date would have been prior to the day the price rose to 3.4 cts....i can almost guarantee that. so sooth your souls ...you wouldn't have been offered anything ayway.
probably the date would have been for those in at 2 cts or even earlier.

Meanwhile. thanks Vintage for the headsup on the SPP.... I did look at another thread and saw Philip's post...but thanks for the repost.
i also looked at PEN since you entioned it. hadn't looked at it for a long while. My goodness it has seen better times and even they weren't good whilst i ws in it.
