without more funds AKK can not drill another well - after projected cash outflow for next quarter they will have just over 1 million left

one thing alot of holders miss, or simply refuse to acknowledge that positive talk, big valuation comaprisons to assets , bullish langauage is what small and mid caps do before a CR.

Alot of talk about a JV as the solution to the problem, even if a JV did arrive AKK will give up one assumes lot of the interest in their assets and this give up future revenue, JVs can potentially give up as much upside as CRs.

Furthermore, given sporadic production , the rush to shut the well in for me is a sign to deliver some decent news for an imminent CR

CB assets are of interest but i am afraid forward production and costs to me sugest not alot of upside in the shale plays currently
