AKK Freemont county where Pathfinder is located is over 200 miles SW from the Wattenberg field which is a proven producer in the Niobrara. Any holders suggesting it is worth $10,000 per acre maybe very disappointed. Pathfinder project is an unproven area with only one well drilled to date with no 30 60 90 day numbers. Whilst I believe the results so far to be positive, there is still plenty of information and data pending before a decision can be made on the project. I agree with cmonaussie around $1500 per acre is closer to the mark, but it will depend on further drilling and evaluating over the next 12 months.
