Good point, Paloma1 - and will be of some comfort to those who would like to get out but not right now at such low prices.
Looking down the track a ways, once debt funding and JV(s)are in place and things are heating up over at CTP, it's reasonable to assume that RC will bail out as Chairman (and maybe even as a director) once he can say to Hart and Goudy that he's set AKK on a solid platform for growth.
At times I've wondered why Goudy hangs around at AKK as it's not good for his career to stay as long as RC is there. However, I strongly suspect there was an agreement that he would take over again as soon as Cottee had the house in order. Otherwise it would be untenable to be overshadowed by such a big personality and there's no doubt that Hart will defer to Cottee's judgement every time.
I just don't want to be holding AKK on the day that RC announces that he's leaving to concentrate on CTP.
