Why did they take up so much space to tell us that the price of acres has gone to $10,000 per acre?

I will be amazed if they do not SELL some of their acreage to offset the cash concerns.
Also J/Vs are most certainly on thop of their agenda.

We have stacks of ownership and I am sure of four things.

They need cash.
They have large land ownership.
They don't want to dilute their I.C. unnecessarily.
They want to put the oppies in the money, so they don't have to do a CR.

I am more than happy to watch management do THEIR thing. The technos in the field are certainly doing their bit, now, let's see the big wigs show us what they can do.
