T4P you are a silly silly boy. Seriously from a legal perspective what you are saying is a big no no… you really need to start watching what you allege. You allege you have been defamed, what do you think you have just done to the participant in the capital raising… to a serious degree as well.

If the company’s management had ¼ of a brain they would have made the capital raising participants sign a legally binding agreement that during negotiations there was to be no selling of their shareholding (that’s assuming they had a shareholding). So if they did that is a breach of contract law/common law. In addition they would be committing numerous statutory offences which carry civil and criminal charges, including insider trading and market manipulation.

Would you take that risk managing other peoples money and in addition threatening to disrepute the organisation you were acting on behalf of forever?
