Agree with them having done enough due dilligence plus their knowledge of the market and DML.

i don;t think they will takeover DML. It is not their core business and they are not interested in operational running of a company.

They want enough block in there to have a say and control any off take agreement which is worth a lot of money that's it.

This is why Transamine makes a perfect large shareholder unlike Blumont who are likely to have hidden agendas.
