Just rang the company and my broker.

They said the money is there and there are a few clients that are a little late in payment.

I suspect that they are having difficulty raising the full $12million. Of course the company and especially the broker won't admit that its the money.

What are other's thoughts on this? The he placement closing date has been extended twice now. The suspension, if the company does trade mid July would be 2 months.

I have applied for a small amount on the placement and have confirmed that I will get my allocation however I am cautious when capital raisings are delayed.
