Why is it that most other cap raising's that involve a significant dilution are done at a premium then?
Clearly this is something management has complete control over.
Remembering that they didn't *need* to do this cap raising.
They could simply choose to complete the *very close to finished* DFS and then allow the share price to appreciate by itself.
